As the newest hi-fi wine bare opening in northeast Minneapolis, Small Hours set out to feel unfussy yet artfully lived-in. The ephemeral assets feel effortless but simultaneously thought-out, relating to the extensive vinyl library Small hours plays and the intimate wine producers they carry.
